    • Develop comprehensive business plans with clear timelines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for regulatory processes, human resources, product forecasts, supply chain, customer segmentation, and marketing.

Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance

    • Employ a dedicated and experienced team with in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements across regions and strong connections with key officials to facilitate the registration process.

    • Act as a central point of contact for all regulatory inquiries, reducing administrative costs and burdens on principals.

    • Manage all Pharmacovigilance (PV) and safety-related issues with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for notifications and reporting of safety and quality issues, Adverse Events (AE), and Serious Adverse Events (SAEs).

Sales and Marketing

    • Assign exclusive sales teams for each principal, fostering joint collaboration and integrated input between principals and the leadership team.
    • Share investment risk and reward with principals, leveraging the talent and expertise of KMENA executive leaders, local Key Account Managers (KAMs), and dedicated support from local distributors.
    • Monitor product performance, competitor activities, regional forums, and customer feedback, actively participating in all associated market tenders.
    • Deploy professional leaders on the ground with challenging Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure the correct implementation of agreed-upon strategies.

Value Supply Chain

    • Operate a centralized commercial logistics hub, managing all purchasing and logistic operations to/from all countries from a single focal point.
    • Partner with top local distribution agents in operating markets, ensuring robust distribution channels.
    • Continuously evaluate affiliated partners services for compliance with principals guidelines and policies, prioritizing quality and safety.
    • Ensure on-time delivery of goods and minimize expiry problems through efficient stock rotation and forecasting.
